Where is Full Spectrum Naturals?
We are at 1735 Galleria Blvd, Suite 1047, Franklin, TN 37067, in Cool Springs beside CoolSprings Galleria. We open Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm and Saturday 10am to 6pm, closed Sunday, and you can reach the shop on (615) 663-7865. The shop was previously Your CBD Store Cool Springs, at the same address with the same staff.
Do I have to be 21?
Yes. Everyone buying hemp-derived products here must be 21 or older, and we ask for photo ID. That applies to every category we carry, including drinks and topicals.
Can I order online and have it delivered?
No. We sell in store only, and payment happens at the counter. Tennessee law restricts how hemp-derived cannabinoid products may be sold, and we follow it. You can build a list on this site and bring it in, and we will pull everything for you before you arrive if you call ahead.
How long do things take to work?
It depends entirely on the format, not the strength. A vape is felt within minutes and fades soonest. A seltzer or other drink is usually 15 to 30 minutes, because there is nothing to digest. A gummy or other edible passes through the liver first, so it commonly takes 45 to 90 minutes and lasts the longest. If you are new to a product, give an edible a full two hours before deciding it has not worked.
What do the milligrams on the label actually mean?
Read the serving size, not the headline number. A tincture marked 1000mg means 1000mg in the whole bottle, which might be thirty or more doses. A gummy marked 25mg usually means 25mg per piece. Two products can look wildly different on the front label and be nearly identical per dose, so compare per serving before you compare on price.
What is the difference between full spectrum, broad spectrum and isolate?
Full spectrum keeps the whole range of compounds from the plant, including trace THC within the legal limit. Broad spectrum keeps the range but has the THC removed. Isolate is a single cannabinoid on its own, with nothing else alongside it. Which one suits you is a personal preference, though anyone subject to drug testing should read the next answer first.
Will these show up on a drug test?
Possibly, and you should assume so. Hemp-derived products can contain THC, and standard workplace tests screen for THC metabolites rather than for marijuana specifically. Broad spectrum and isolate products carry less risk than full spectrum, but no product can be guaranteed to leave a test clean. If you are tested for work, talk to us before you buy anything.
What do indica and sativa mean on a hemp product?
They describe the expected character rather than anything measured. Indica-leaning products are generally described as more sedating and better suited to the evening; sativa-leaning as more alert and daytime. Hybrids sit between the two. Treat the label as a starting point, since the same strain can land differently for different people.
Are your products lab tested, and can I see the results?
Yes. Everything we carry is third-party tested, and most product pages on this site link straight to the brand's certificate of analysis. If a product you are looking at does not show one, ask in store and we will pull it up for you.
Can I give any of this to my dog or cat?
Only the products formulated for animals, which are dosed far lower than the human equivalents. Never give a pet a product made for people: both the potency and the flavourings are wrong for them. Check with your vet first, particularly if your animal is already on medication.
I took more than I meant to. What should I do?
It will pass. Stay somewhere comfortable, drink water, and avoid taking more while you wait, which is the most common way a small mistake becomes a longer one. If you are genuinely worried about yourself or someone else, seek medical advice or call 911.
Do you have a rewards programme?
Yes. You earn points on what you spend and can redeem them against future visits. You can create an account on this site and check your balance any time.
